"Stewart did a great job right from the start. His detailed comps analysis was significantly more thorough than that of other realtors we were evaluating. He moved quick in getting done what needed to be done to sell the property, gave us targeted feedback on repairs/upgrades that would have the best payback in the limited time we had. Communication was instant and constant. We had already moved over a 1,000 miles away when we put the house on the market. Stewart took care of everything allowing us to not have to travel once the key repairs were done. This included returning our cable boxes, keeping tabs on the property while the house was unoccupied, and keeping up on the lawn care. There were also a number of problems with permits leading up to the closing. Stewart took care of all this, again saving us travel back to Waltham MA. I highly recommend Stewart!"

Your question of how long it took to sell the house is inadequate by way of response. I answered two weeks, but it sold in THREE DAYS! I was amazed and believe credit is due to Stewart's ability to connect and relate with those who viewed my home. Stewart was ever patient with our evolving needs as he worked with us for over 2 years. He learned our needs and saved us lots of time screening out houses at broker open houses and discussing listings over email/phone. This was much appreciated. He also spent lots of time setting up house visits outside of open houses. Stewart also helped take us through the purchasing keeping up with the lawyer and the bank for mortgage. Stewart Woodward is the best to work with. He is quick without being pushy, and flexible to say the least. He knows his business well and goes the extra mile to make the process easier for us. We were looking in an area outside of Stewart's average customer, and he went above and beyond to make it work. This is a tricky neighborhood, so the extra effort was important. The market was frustratingly fast-paced and the options were limited. Stewart kept digging until we found the right place for us, and we absolutely love the home we got. Stewart exceeded my expectations. The town my house was in was out of his general sales area but he researched all aspects of home sales in my town, went to open houses, and spoke with other realtors. He dealt quite effectively with difficult buyers during the sale. His years of experience were invaluable. He guided me through decisions by presenting pros and cons. This allowed me to make an informed decision on subjects with which I was unfamiliar. Stewart did all of this with a calming, genial attitude which was most appreciated. Whilst planning a wedding, getting married, moving to another state, starting a new job, and taking two weeks away for a honeymoon, Stewart was able to make a stressful time a really easy process for me. He took care of everything for me, even offering to let the cleaners into the house for me while I wasn't home. He went above and beyond what would be expected from an agent and did it without hesitation. As if all of the above isn't reason enough to use him as your real estate agent, he also sold my condo in ONE weekend for above asking price.
